We hope you love your Allure Belles jewellery but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Refunds are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. If the 14 days period has expired, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

Please notify us within 14 days if the product you receive is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings, unless they are damaged.

Please email us at info@allurebelles.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Please note that we do not offer a refund for items that have been worn; if there are any signs of wear, we will not be able to accept the return. Therefore, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. Once the return has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Return Shipping

  • All customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with product returns. We are not responsible for damaged or lost products, so we recommend that you use a registered method to return the product to us. The customer is responsible for the return and for the associated fees with the return of the product.
  • Please ensure that the items you are returning have not been used, marked or damaged. The returns must also be sent with the original packaging.

Sale Items

  • Please note that we only accept refunds and returns for regularly priced items. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items.

Delicate Items

  • Some of our jewellery have thin chains and should be handled with care as these items are delicate.
  • Any breaks that may occur as a result of events such as being caught on clothes/hair, used while sleeping, etc. are not considered as a valid reason for return/refund requests.
